What You'll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process

• Build relationships with walk-in, phone, and internet customers

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Follow up with prospects using our CRM

• Maintain product knowledge on current inventory

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from greeting to delivery

Budget Motors has proudly served Northern Nevada for over 30 years, and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a growing dealership.

If you're dependable, self-motivated, and enjoy diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and engine concerns

• Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately

• Complete pre-sale inspections and reconditioning

• Communicate repair recommendations clearly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Work closely with management to ensure every vehicle meets Budget Motors' quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Automotive repair experience required

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently

• ASE Certifications are a plus (not required)

• Own basic hand tools

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
